So it's been a while since I updated, I decided I'd fix that.
I haven't been drawing very much recently. I'll draw some comics but won't finish them. I don't know why that is, I just don't have the motivation.
I finished my painting for advanced art but I plan on changing the colors of it. Instead of green and black I want it to be white and black. People were thinking it was Martin Luther King... and I look nothing like him. I asked one of them why they thought that and he said that it was because of the colors.
I also finished my clay sculpture of Jeff Dunham's Walter. If I like the way it turns out I'm going to take a picture of it and email it to Mr. Dunham. I'm sure he'll get a kick out of it and it's story. I brought my plaster sculpture home and that was the most eventful day of it's life. I took him from the art room to my driver's ed class, and put him in the console box so I knew he'd be ok while I was driving. The teacher's cell started ringing and I got distracted from driving because of the noise. I swerved a little until I got used to it. Then it rang again, I told him to answer it to stop it's ringing, but he wouldn't, and was getting angry. He opened the console box and threw the phone as hard as he could into it. I freaked out because my sculpture was in the box, too, and I thought sure that it was broken. But he's ok. Haha.
We did a jewelry unit in sculpture, too. I made a crow and I think it's going to be a necklace. I etched feather lines into it and buffed it today. I'll be done with it by next week.
Now in advanced art I'm working on an inkwash. I like the way it's turning out so far and I'm remembering how much I love ink and wash.
I drew a picture the other night of myself when I was a little kid. It's the best picture I've ever drawn of a person. I used a sketch kit I got from my friend =Jaskie. It works great.
